1. Radiator arrangement
Tractor radiators generally use a heavy-flow water structure. The strength of the radiator and the reliability of the suspension are good. 2. Wind shield layout
The function of the air hood is to ensure the amount of air generated by the fan. All the air flows through the radiator to improve the efficiency of the fan. The efficiency of the air hood is particularly significant for low-speed high-power fans. The smaller the mirror gap between the fan and the air hood, the greater the efficiency of the fan. However, if the clearance is too small, the tractor will cause interference between the fan and the air guard due to vibration during driving. The gap between the fan and the air guard is generally controlled to 15 ~ 25 mm to increase the flow and reduce the back pressure.

4. Thermostat arrangement
At present, the thermostats applied to the engines supporting tractors all use wax decorated rod body thermostats. When the cooling water temperature rises, the spicy expansion thermostat turns on and the cooling water flows through the radiator for a large cycle. When the cooling water temperature decreases, the spicy volume decreases. Small cycle. Thermostat is generally arranged at the outlet of the engine.
5. Front hood arrangement
Due to the harsh operating environment of the tractor, especially the return of straw to the field, weed debris flying around, it is easy to block the radiator. It can well filter out large impurities in the cooling air, can form a good seal with the periphery of the radiator, and prevent hot air from flowing back.
