When the vapor pressure is greater than the system set pressure, the system's two-way valve opens, and the oil vapor enters the canister and is adsorbed by activated carbon.

 

 

Composition and layout of fuel system

The fuel system consists of filler caps, filler pipes, fuel tanks, fuel pumps, gasoline filters, canisters, canister cleaning valves, pipes and other components. The layout of the fuel system has an important impact on the performance of the fuel system. A reasonable layout is equivalent to adding insurance to the system, and can easily pass national regulations without hidden safety hazards. The fuel system layout generally follows the following principles:

 

1. Priority: After the fuel tank is arranged, priority should be given to the location of components such as oil filters, canisters, and solenoid valves.

When cleaning the fuel system of the engine, use an engine-free cleaning agent, because the fuel-free system does not need to be dismantled. On the one hand, it can start to thoroughly clean the fuel system, and on the other hand, it helps to protect the engine's fuel system.

 

At present, there are many types of gasoline system cleaners on the market, and it is not easy for users to distinguish the quality of gasoline system cleaners. Here is a method recommended. Good quality gasoline system cleaners can completely dissolve the gum and simultaneously dissolve the fuel tank. A small amount of water is removed from the oil circuit, and it does not contain alcohol. At the same time, there is no strict addition ratio requirement.
