Tips for the Application of Horsepower Tractor Wheels

Almost all high-power tractors in agriculture are wheeled tractors, which are all four-wheel drive tractors. The wheel of the tractor looks simple, but in fact it has a great impact on the performance of the tractor.

 

1. Single and double wheels

 

For general high-power tractors, the most common wheel configuration is one wheel on each side of the front driving Massey Ferguson tractor wheel loader parts manual and two wheels on each side of the rear driving wheel. The advantages of using the front single wheel and the rear double wheel configuration are to reduce the compaction damage to the soil and improve the anti-settlement passing ability and traction adhesion ability of the tractor when the soil is wet.

2. Space between the two wheels

 

As long as road transport conditions allow and the working width of Massey Ferguson tractor farm tools allows, that is, the outermost width of the latter two wheels should be less than the working width of farm tools, the space between the two rear wheels on the same side should be adjusted as far as possible, the nearest distance between the tire joints of the two wheels should be at least 10 cm or greater.

4. Radial tire pressure

 

At present, most high-power tractors in the field when the radial tire pressure is too high. The adverse effect of high tire pressure is that the advantage of radial tire compared with oblique tire cannot be fully played and there are safety hidden dangers.

 

Excessive tire pressure may cause the tire to detach from the rim and damage the machine during heavy duty operation or at high speed. The appropriate tire pressure should be selected according to the manufacturer's operating manual.
