Maintenance of driving plate and driven plate

The main damage of driving disc is worn, scratch, burn and crack, warpage and deformation of the friction surface. When the thickness of the driving plate is 18 ± 0.1 mm, the depth of surface groove exceeds 0.50 mm, the arch deformation exceeds 0.30 mm, and the flatness tolerance exceeds 0.12 mm, it should be ground or turned flat. The driven plate is the most easily damaged part in the clutch. The main damages are worn, hardening, burn and fracture on the surface of friction plate, oil stain on the surface (dry type), loose friction plate, warping and deformation of driven plate, fracture of steel plate, loose riveting between steel plate and disc, worn of spline hole, etc.

 

Vernier caliper can be used to measure the depth of the rivet head to determine whether the friction plate is damaged. The embedded depth of the rivet head shall not be less than 0.3 mm, otherwise a new friction plate shall be used. If the friction plate is seriously worn or there are more than two cracks and falling off, and the burning surface is large and deep, the new plate should be riveted again. If there is a slight oil stain on the friction plate, it can be burned with a blowtorch flame or cleaned with gasoline. Slight scorching on the surface of friction plate can be polished with sandpaper. When replacing a new piece and removing the old piece, a drill bit with a diameter of 0.40-0.50 mm smaller than the old rivet should be used. Maintenance of elastic push rod

The main damage of the elastic push rod is that the elastic force is weakened, the hole center distance is smaller, the support hole is worn, and the elastic push rod is broken. After the elasticity of the elastic push rod is reduced, it is heated to 780 to 810 ℃, quenched in oil, and then tempered at 450℃-475 ℃. When the hole center distance of elastic push rod becomes smaller, the original hole center distance can be restored by thermal deformation method. First of all, we heat the elastic push rod to 780℃-810 ℃ for high-temperature annealing, and at this temperature, the wedge is used to punch between the elastic push rod rings, and then the hole center distance increases. Then we quench and temper according to the above method. When the center distance of pin holes is enlarged, the center lines of two pin holes shall be parallel. Maintenance of hold down lever

The pressing lever is also called pressing claw, pressing rod, cam and releasing claw. It is usually made of 45Cr or 40Cr. Its arc hardness is hrc43-48 and the quenching depth is 1-3 mm. The main damage of pressure bar is the worn of the bearing arc surface and pin hole. When the arc surface is worn, the distance between the bearing surface and the front hole will be shortened. The worn of pin hole is unilateral, which is determined by the force condition during pressing. When the pressure bar is less worn, the arc surface can be trimmed with oilstone to remove the worn marks and unevenness. When the worn exceeds 1 mm, it should be repaired by surfacing. Worn resistant alloy electrode can be used for surfacing to increase its worn resistance. After welding, the grinding wheel is used for dressing and shaping, and the template is used to check the position accuracy of the arc surface relative to the two holes. We can insert two pins into the template hole and the pressure bar hole to see whether the arc surfaces of the two coincide. After repair, the arc surface should be smooth and clean, then its busbar should be parallel to the center line of the two holes.

 

When the clearance between pin hole and pin exceeds 0.4 mm, it should be repaired. The maintenance method is the same as that of elastic push rod, and it can also be repaired by inserting sleeve. 45 Steel with wall thickness of 2-3 mm and interference of 0.04-0.08 mm is used for inlay. Maintenance of release bearing and sliding sleeve

When checking the release bearing, we need to fix the outer ring and rotate the inner ring. If there is block or noticeable gap, the ball and raceway wear should be replaced. If the rotation is flexible, but there is a slight "rustling" sound, it lacks lubrication. If necessary, we can put it into the grease for melting, and then take it out for maintenance after cooling. The release bearing should rotate flexibly without sharp noise or jamming. The axial clearance should not exceed 0.60mm and the wear of inner race should not exceed 0.30mm. The release bearing is of closed type and cannot be disassembled, cleaned or lubricated. Before loading, the bearing shall be soaked in melted lubricating oil (mixed with half of calcium base grease and gear oil), and then it can be installed and used after condensation. If it is damaged, replace it with a new one.

 

The main damage of the separation sleeve: the pin hole of supporting elastic push rod is worn, the front face being worn, the hole matching with clutch bearing being worn, the interference being disappeared at the fitting part with release bearing, and the wear is at the fitting part with oil seal. When the inner hole wear makes the fit clearance greater than 0.50 mm, the inner hole or journal of sliding sleeve should be repaired according to the maintenance dimension method. When the matching parts are repaired by inlay sleeve method, the hole can be 7 mm larger. In order to facilitate processing, high temperature annealing should be carried out before enameling. The maintenance of the worn hole of the elastic push rod is the same as that of the pin hole on the elastic push rod, and the maintenance is often synchronous. The wear treatment of the front face is the same as that of the end face of the pressure bar support, and the surfacing method is also used for maintenance. Brush plating method can be used to repair the worn fitting part of separation bearing and oil seal. When the fit clearance of the trunnion is greater than 1.50 mm, it can be repaired by surfacing or brush plating, or the old trunnion can be cut off. Drill and tap the old trunnion, screw in a new trunnion, and weld the root firmly. After repair, the coaxiality error of left and right trunnions and the verticality error with sliding hole shall not exceed 0.30 mm. When there are wear marks on the working face of the ear arm of the separation bearing seat, the oilstone can be used to repair, and when the wear is serious, it can be repaired by welding.

 

 

Maintenance of separation bearing seat and release ring

The main damage of the release bearing and bearing seat of the non-engaged clutch is loose fit with the bearing, and the clearance between the two pins of the release ring increases. When the clearance of the former is greater than 0.05 mm, brush plating should be used to repair the composite surface to restore the fit. When the fit clearance of the latter is greater than 0.50 mm, the hole should be trimmed and the enlarged pin should be replaced to restore the fit (the standard clearance is 0.07-0.31 mm). The ball head of the release ring can be replaced with a new one after worn. The fit clearance between ball head and release ring is 0.10-0.42 mm, and that between ball head and fixing seat sleeve is 0.14-0.42 mm.
