How to decontaminate agricultural machinery parts?

Agricultural machinery parts generally include the machinery parts associated with agricultural production, such as tractor spare parts, clutch cover, tractor repair supports, etc. Harvesters include potato harvesters, peanut harvesters. Take plows as an example of agriculture machine. Keeping agriculture machine parts clean is necessary for the normal operation of agriculture machine, but it is very difficult to deal with different types of dirt. Here are several ways to remove agricultural machinery dirt.

 

1. Scale Removal Method

1) Remove scale. When removing scales in iron casting cylinders, the solution of hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 8%-10% and a hydrochloric acid amount of 3% can be heated to 50-60 ° C and injected into the water jacket for 2-3 hours, then discharge it and wash it with an aqueous solution added with potassium dichromate, or inject a 5% concentration caustic soda aqueous solution into the water jacket to neutralize the remaining acid solution. Then rinse it with clean water until it is clean.

 

2) Remove scale with caustic soda solution. When removing the scale with silicate as the main component, a 2% -3% caustic soda aqueous solution can be added to the tractor cooling system. After the vehicle is driven for 1-2 days, it is released and rinsed with clean water. Repeat it again, and finally thoroughly clean the cooling system.

 

 

2. Oil Removal Method

1) Use the alkaline solution to remove oil stains. For the removal of animal and vegetable oils and mineral oils and fats on the surface of the parts, a small amount of emulsifier can be added to the solid re-emergence solution, and then washed after heating. If pressure injection is used, the effect is better. After cleaning, spray with heated water to rinse off the residual alkaline solution on the surface of the parts.

2) Use organic solvents to remove oil stains. In order to prevent the alkali solution from corroding precision parts (such as high-pressure oil pumps, fuel injectors, etc.), organic solvents (such as gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, etc.) can generally be used for cleaning.

 

3) Use aluminum alloy cleaning solution to remove oil stains. Because the alkaline solution has a strong corrosion effect on the aluminum alloy, and the cost of the organic solvent is high, when cleaning aluminum alloy parts, an aluminum alloy cleaning solution can be prepared. Generally, sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution is added with a small amount of potassium dichromate. When heating to 60-70 ℃, it can achieve the best effect.
