Inspection and addition of coolant

The internal leakage of the coolant is due to the damage to the tractor key components such as the body, the cylinder liner, the cylinder head, and the cylinder pad, which causes cracks in the position in contact with the water channel, resulting in the phenomenon that the coolant flows into the oil pan. At this time, the water blocking ring should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing the water blocking ring, standard operation should be guaranteed to avoid damage or distortion of the water blocking ring during the installation process.

 

When the leakage of the cooling system is repaired or the coolant is naturally missing for a long time, the coolant must be added in time. The cooling water should be added in accordance with the appropriate principles. If too much cooling water is added, it may overflow during the driving of the tractor, resulting in cracks or rust on the cylinder head or body parts that are relatively hot, which affects the service life.

 

 

Daily inspection of cooling system

The inspection of the tractor cooling system should pay attention to the following aspects:

1. Pay attention to check the tightness of the cooling fan drive belt. If it is found that the belt is too loose and slipping occurs, it should be adjusted in time. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to add butter to the fan and belt tensioner.

 

2. The tractor must check the condition of the pump every 300 to 400 hours of operation. If serious leakage is found, the water seal should be replaced in time, if a slight leakage is found, you should make appropriate adjustments to the compression nut at the water seal feed.

 

3. During the work of the tractor, the operating temperature of the diesel engine should be observed at any time, and the windscreen and shutters of the water tank should be appropriately adjusted according to the actual situation.

 

4. Regularly check the surface cleanliness of the radiator to ensure timely cleaning and neatness. For areas with severe scale in the cooling water, the scale inside the cooling system should be cleaned regularly.

 

 

Precautions for using the cooling system

Each time the tractor is started, it must be preheated. When the water temperature rises to about 60 ℃, the tractor can be put into operation. After the work is completed, if the regional temperature is below 0 ℃, the cooling water should be completely discharged. Low temperature will freeze key parts of the body.
