They are generally divided into three categories: split hydraulic system, semi-split hydraulic system and integral hydraulic system.

 

The split hydraulic system, which is the strong pressure type we mentioned above, is currently the most widely used hydraulic system on medium and large horsepower tractors. The cylinders, pumps, valves and oil tanks of the system are installed in different positions of the tractor and connected with each other by oil pipes. . The split hydraulic system uses a double-acting cylinder. The hydraulic lifting handle has four positions, namely lifting, neutral, pressure drop, and float. The function of the pressure drop position is the so-called strong pressure function. The lifting, neutral and floating positions have a positioning function. After the hand is released, the handle can be positioned at the point. The lifting position has an automatic reset function, that is, after the agricultural tool is raised to the highest position, the handle will automatically jump to neutral position.

 

In the actual use of the tractor, the self-weight of the farm implement and the adjustment of the soil entry angle can generally fully meet the requirements of the tractor. The non-strong pressure system with force and position control is more sensitive and accurate, and the operation is simpler. Now the electro-hydraulic integrated lifting control system on high-horsepower tractors is all non-strong pressure, and imported high-horsepower tractors are also non-strong pressure. Drawing on foreign development experience and development trends, the development direction of the domestic high-horsepower tractor hydraulic suspension system will definitely be a non-strong pressure system controlled by electro-hydraulic integrated control in the future. Whether to use strong pressure or not depends on what farm tool the tractor is equipped with. If it is a digging machine, it must be used. If it is operated with a ploughshare, rotary tiller, subsoil, and straw returning machine, the strong pressure function of the tractor engine is not needed under conventional soil, unless it is used in extreme drought, serious soil compaction, wasteland, etc., Because the soil is very hard at this time, it is difficult for the agricultural tools to enter the soil. After using the strong pressure function, the speed of the entry will be faster.

 

In fact, either strong pressure or non-strong pressure, the best choice is to choose according to our operational needs. In fact, tractor manufacturers are also actively improving. Now most tractor manufacturers have added a manual commutation on the oil path of the strong pressure system. The switch has a handle to control the oil flow in the upper chamber of the cylinder. When the reversing switch is opened, the oil from the upper chamber of the cylinder returns directly to the tank, so there is no strong pressure function, which is equivalent to a non-strong pressure system. If it is disconnected from the fuel tank, it is still the original high-pressure system. Is this way much convenient?
