Tractor air conditioning system

With the improvement of living standards, people have higher and higher demands on the working environment. Tractor, as a kind of agricultural machine, works in a relatively harsh environment. Basic principles of tractor air conditioner

Tractor air conditioners, car air conditioners and household air conditioners have the same cooling principle. In daily life, all we know that when rubbing the body with an alcohol cotton ball, there will be a cold feeling, which shows that when the liquid becomes gas, it absorbs heat and thus reduces the temperature. According to the order of refrigerant flow, the air conditioning of tractors are mainly divided into four processes: compression process, condensation process, throttling process, and evaporation process. Continuously "carry" the heat inside the tractor cab to the outside of the car to reduce the air temperature in the cab and achieve cooling.

Main components and functions of tractor air conditioning system

Tractor air conditioning system mainly includes compressor, condenser, drying reservoir, expansion valve, evaporator and other five major components. Each component is connected with copper pipe or high pressure hose to form a closed system. Different state changes circulate in this sealed system. The following figure is the main components of the tractor air conditioning system.

1. Compressor

The air-conditioning compressor is an important tractor part of the air-conditioning system and is the "heart" of the air-conditioning system. The performance of the air-conditioning compressor is directly related to the cooling effect of the entire air-conditioning system.

2. Condenser

The condenser is similar to the radiator of the engine, and its main function is to discharge the heat of the refrigerant. Generally installed in front of the water tank of the diesel engine on the tractor, using the diesel fan to intensively cool.

3. Dry reservoir

The drying reservoir is connected in series behind the condenser, which is mainly used for drying and filtering so that the system can operate normally.

4. Expansion valve

The expansion valve also called throttle valve, is installed in front of the inlet of the evaporator. Its main function is to reduce the pressure of the refrigerant liquid by controlling the change of refrigerant flow rate, and reduce the condensation pressure to the evaporation pressure.

5. Evaporator

The role of the evaporator is to make the liquid refrigerant evaporate and absorb the heat in the cab to achieve the cooling of the air in the cab. It is generally installed behind the top of the cab. There is a blower in the evaporator, the internal volume can be adjusted, and the cooling can be continuously blow into the cab.

 

The tractor air conditioner system working process

The low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant passing through the evaporator becomes a high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant gas after passing through the compressor. The compressed refrigerant enters the condenser through the exhaust pipe, and the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant gas enters the condenser and is cooled by the engine Under the forced cooling of the fan, the refrigerant dissipates a large amount of heat into the air through the condenser, causing the gaseous refrigerant to condense to form a high-pressure medium-temperature refrigerant liquid. Then it enters the drying accumulator, and the refrigerant after absorbing and filtering through the drying accumulator，passing through the expansion valve to reach the evaporator. Due to the small hole of the expansion valve, at the same time, a small part of the liquid refrigerant is emitted into a gas state, and then enters the evaporator, heat exchange with the air in the cab to absorb the heat in the cab. After absorbing heat, the refrigerant changes to gaseous state, and then the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant returns to the compressor. In this way, it circulates in the sealing system, continuously absorbing the heat in the car, and achieving cooling until it reaches the set temperature required in the car.
