The Repairs Matters Need to Attention

1. Do not turn the bolts and the screws on essential parts too tight.

The important parts are, for example, tractor’s transmission case, cylinder head, wheel hub, connecting rod and front axle. Usually, the introduction of the tools and the torques and the bolts and screws tightening are specially explained in the instruction. Wire sliding and buckle pulling may happen if the bolts and the screws are tightened too much artificially. It is not the tighter, the better.

 

2. Do not pour cold water onto the tank when it is boiling.

The tank boils when lacking of water/the engine overworked/the heat dissipation is poor. Pouring cold water on the tank may cause the explosion of the cylinder head and the cylinder block when tank is boiling. Therefore, emergency measures need to be adopted when tank is boiling and make sure it can cool down slowly and naturally.

 

 

The Maintenance Matters Need to Attention

1. Do not replace the lubricating oil without clean the vitta.

Some agricultural machinery users don’t clean the vitta because lacking common sense or diligent. It is need to know that lubricating oil has many impurities after use for a while, especially the new tractors. Too much impurity may cause accidents, such as tile burning and journal sticking.

 

2. Do not replace the lubricating oil without considering the seasons.

It is necessary to use lubricating oil in the right season and choose those pass the quality tests. Do not use summer lubricating oil in winter or use winter lubricating oil in summer. It may cause start difficulty and tile burning.

 

3. Do not heat tractor plunger with naked fire.

The different thickness exists in the tractor plunger’s metal structure. And heat plunger with naked fire is easy to cause structural deformation. The metal structure has been changed after the natural cooling, which weakens tractor plunger’s abrasive resistance.

 

4. Do not use butter when installing the tractor cylinder liner.

Some tractor drivers think that butter can increase air tightness when installing the tractorcylinder liner but the truth is not. On the contrary, butter loses when heated so that there are many gaps among the cylinder liner, cylinder head and cylinder block where the high temperature and high pressure fuel gas will impacts the cylinder liner and causes tractor cylinder air leakage.

 

5. Do not place the accelerator to the maximum oil supply position.

When the accelerator is placed on the maximum oil supply position, too much fuel gas gets into the tractor cylinder stator. Too much mixed gas can cause tractor start difficulty. The scientific accelerator position is a little higher than idling over 15 degrees centigrade. Moreover, cylinder block will be dusted if fuel and air are not mixed well and the risks of connecting rod bending and crankshaft fracture increase.

6. Do not often rush for driving speed.

Some people think that rapidly accelerator can improve tractor’s working efficiency. However, rush for speed is not an effective approach of improve tractor’s working efficiency. The fuel burn is inadequate due to rush for speed can cause many damages that shorten tractor’s service life because tractor’s fuel consumption during rapidly speeding-up is twice the slowly speeding-up.

7. Do not replace brake oil with engine oil.

Brake oil is the medium of the locomotive hydraulic braking system and its solubility is better than engine oil. If use engine oil instead of brake oil is easy to have impurity and cause brake failure.

8. Do not run-in without check first.

It is necessary to tractor check before run-in. Firstly, check if engine oil exists in three stage air filter. Second, check the bolts and screws’ situation of every parts. Thirdly, check the injection pressure. Finally, clean the vitta before replace the engine oil.
