Methods to Prolong Tractors Service

There are many ways to prolong tractors service life. Cleaning, inspection, lubrication, fastening, adjustment or replacement of some parts shall be carried out regularly for tractor parts. Technical maintenance can slow down the deterioration of tractor parts, extend service life and ensure that the tractor chassis forklift often works in good condition. The followings are the solutions according to the different faults of agricultural tractors.

 

1. The high pressure tube of the agricultural tractor is worn and leaking oil

Wear of gear pump on constant flow overflow pump during tractor engine working. There is some wear and leakage at the connection of the lug on both ends of the tractor's high pressure tube with the injector and the oil outlet valve. A round piece of copper can be cut from the exhaust gasket and a small hole drilled in the middle to grind and slide. Wear and leakage of high pressure tube can be temporarily resolved by padding between the pits. It is also necessary to check the oil pressure sensor leakage of hydraulic steering devices, pipelines and joints.

2. The agricultural tractor suddenly ran out of oil

Many agricultural tractors will suddenly encounter the problem of insufficient oil supply during operation. If the problem cannot be solved after exhausting, replacement of plunger and nozzle, it must be caused by eccentric wear of small steel balls in the injector needle tip rod, which prevents spray atomization. At this time, a small steel ball should be replaced. Oil pressure control is also important. Sometimes, it needs to adjust the oil pressure level.

3. The steering wheel of the agricultural tractor wobbles and the front wheel swings

Tractor engine problems like tractor steering knuckle jam, poor lubrication and other mechanical faults cause heavy steering, which should be lubricated or replaced in time. Tractor steering wheel sway and front wheel sway are mainly due to improper positioning of the front wheel and the kingpin tilt angle is too small. Plug the wedge-shaped iron plate at the rear end of the plate spring plane and the front axle bracket, turn the front axle backward, then increase the back inclination angle of the kingpin, and it will return to normal.

4. Agricultural tractors can shift gears freely after they change speed

The free gear pulsating phenomenon in agricultural tractors is mainly caused by the wear of fork shaft groove, the weakening of fork spring and the large gap of connecting rod joint. At this point, repair the positioning groove, replace the fork spring, reduce the gap between the connecting rod joint, to ensure the normal speed change when the gear of the agricultural tractor is in place.

5. The performance of agricultural tractor oil pump is poor

In order to solve the problem that oil cannot be supplied for the first time after oil pump overhaul, the filter or oil outlet should be removed first, and then the oil outlet hole of the body should be filled with oil injector, and the filter or oil outlet leading to the oil indicator should be installed immediately. After starting, oil will be pumped out.

 

6. Fatigue damage of hydraulic tube on agricultural tractor

Due to the frequent oil pressure changes, high oil temperature, hydraulic oil pipe wall tension frequent, easy to fatigue damage and accidents. In order to effectively extend the service life of the hydraulic tube, it is best to burn the thin iron wire into a spring shape and put it into the tube for support.

7. Brake failure of agricultural tractor hydraulic brake locomotive

Check the brake main pump and auxiliary pump carefully, replace the brake oil in time, completely eliminate the air in the brake pipeline, and check whether the brake pedal has reached the scientific height. The locomotive equipped with pneumatic brakes shall check and adjust the maximum brake working pressure and check the brake cup and hose for abnormal changes.

8. Tractors diesel engines burn oil and emit blue smoke

After checking whether the piston set of cylinder liner is worn, whether the elasticity of piston ring is weakened, whether the oil in oil sump is added too much, whether the oil level of air filter is too high, the problem is still not solved. Check that the fit gap between the stem and valve guide is not too large as a potential cause.

 

9. The inner tube of a agricultural tractor blows

Air should be discharged as far as possible from the rubber inner tube, a stiff paper funnel should be inserted into the valve, two tablespoons of talc should be poured into the agricultural tractor inner tube, and the spool should be installed to inflate as standard. The talc powder disperses in the tire and then diffuses on the tire wall, which can effectively prevent the slow-release of air from tiny pores.
