In order to make the road at night have a bright and uniform illumination, the lighting of the headlights should be checked regularly and adjusted if necessary. When the irradiation direction is abnormal and the beam irradiation position is too close or too far from the ground, the upper and lower adjustment screws of the headlight should be adjusted. During the use and maintenance of the tractor, in order to ensure that the front headlight shape distribution meets the driving needs, sufficient power sources, intact lamps and correct installation are required, otherwise the driver's accurate observation and judgment of road signs and road surfaces will be directly affected. The improper installation of tractor headlights has the following impacts on driving safety.

1. The headlight installation position is too low.

There are a number of small four-wheeled and walk-behind tractors that convert their headlights to the rack. Because the light bulb on the tractor uses less power and has a shorter range, the light east cannot reach the traffic signs in the distance in front of the road. When the tractor is approaching, the main light is still not illuminated by the roadside traffic signs The driver can't distinguish the road signs, and traffic accidents are prone to happen when dangerous sections such as sharp turns and steep slopes are encountered. In addition, because the position of the headlights is too low, small undulations on the road will also cast a long shadow, which affects the driver's accurate judgment of the road.

2. The headlight installation position is too high.

When the filament is blown out and the entire assembly needs to be replaced, some drivers weld a higher bracket on the front of the nose in order to save money, and use detachable or semi-detachable headlights. The position is greatly elevated. Due to the elevated position of the lamp, almost equal to the driver's eyes, when the headlights are turned on at night, there is always a black shadow in the driver's line of sight (that is, the rear of the lamp housing) beating in front of the driver, preventing the driver from looking forward. Observation of the road can also easily make eyes tired.

3. Place the astigmatism glass at an angle or down.

There are many lenses and mirror-shaped compound ripples on the surface of the astigmatism glass. It can directionally refract and scatter the light reflected by the mirror, so that the headlights emit light with a certain light shape distribution to the horizontal plane and the lower right east. Some drivers do not pay attention to the direction when changing the astigmatism glass, and the direction in which the light is refracted does not illuminate the road well. In order to ensure the correct installation, the words are usually cast on the astigmatism glass, and the words must be squared when changing.

4. Single lamp lighting.

When one of the bulbs is damaged, only the other bulb is used to make up, which will seriously affect the driver's judgment, and driving at night will undoubtedly increase the potential danger.
